    Default What happened to www.dba.org??

Digital Broadcasting Australia's been gone a while and now I see the domain is up for sale.

It had excellent 'reception locater' which provided an area by area digital roll-out information and stb selection information.

Seems to be replaced by the ridiculous

Real digital info is of course available on the acma site e.g. , but no area by area roll-out news.

Complete up to date transmitter details are .

    The current is pretty useless.

The reception locator was handy. I noticed for my area it hadn't bee updated since last Oct as i was hoping our local translator was going to be upgraded and it was saying last Dec but never happened. :-(

Leroy, I dont know what area you are in but PRIME Orange took over 18 months after advertising the commencement date of Digital services to switch on the 4 translator sites covering the eastern end of their coverage.
So dont be too impatient if they said Dec as Dec comes around every year and they have untill 2013 before analog is switched off.
