    Default Sanyo Eneloop Rechargeable Batteries

    Hello All,

Anyone use or seen the Sanyo Eneloop Rechargeable battery type?
Looking at getting some type of AA & AAA charger and have seen these. Seems like they can hold charge for up to 3 years?

    cheers.

I have about 20 Eneloops (AA) and about 40 Maha Imedion AA's and so far Maha's have better charge retention.

Also beware of the Eneloop copies that are floating everywhere. You can get both genuine Eneloops and Maha Imedions from jeff servaas.

Also the charger that comes with Eneloops is generic crappy one. You can get a decent charger from jeff servaas too.

+1 Maha iMedion. If you want the *best* charger go here and get the MH-C9000:

does AA and AAA. 4 slots.

Get your iMedion batteries from here:

When using the aforementioned charger, what you need to do is label each battery. Then create a spreadsheet to record which battery is holding what charge (in mAH) - the MH-C9000 will tell you this information at the end of charging. The key is to match batteries that have similar mAH numbers, and to throw out those that are well below their rated mAH (for the AA iMedions this is 2400 mAH).

I use them in my flash in my camera. I've had them for about a year now, and I havent had to recharge them yet. They are much better than the energizer ones I brought.
Coding in C is like sending a 3 year old to do groceries. You gotta tell them exactly what you want or you'll end up with a cupboard full of pop tarts and pancake mix.
