I have noticed that Irdeto message does NOT come up on toppy 3000Cipro
with E16 service is currently scrambled with seller card
But it does with old public file card.
This seems strange, maybe Jason_dinAlt is correct.
People who are able to log stream may still be able to update their card, as was done with the old public file.
Just a hunch to work on, unfortunately I dont have the knowledge or equipment to try for myself.
