i need to get this firmware version back in case the new one doesn't work
i went to the original thread were you had this version but cannot get it there
it sent me to an FBI warning page whats that all about ?
the original version i need for my back up is is 1.08.94 firmware

Load on the older firmware from the site to get your box going so you can update the loader. Then you can laod the latest firmware.

i did a search in Google and found the firmware and macs i was using before which is good
but it still wont work i need the original loader 2.52 i looked everywhere and i cant find it i think my loader is causing all the problems as it was working till i updated it
do you or anyone else no were i can find loader 2,52

just want to let you and everyone else encase you dont know this how to load on your firmware on your ultraplus players if you cant access it when you get the errors on the load up screen on front of player found this out from freviewshop

it worked for me found out if you load file on to usb stick turn of ultraplus player main switch
put usb stick in player turn on main switch player hold in channel up button on front of player
and it will load it self up .and this way you can load without having to use a null cable

i really need to get hold of loader version 2.52 the player will not work my austar card with out that version
I don't think you can go backwards. I don't have the older loader because it comes preloaded. But in saying that have you tried the Nov22 MCAS?

well i have managed to roll back my loader
i contacted ultrapower tecnology in new Zealand they have sent me loader 2.23
so i have loaded it up into my ultraplayer
so is that the original loader that came with my player ?
whats the best firmware and mcas for me to use with my player now ?
What did they suggest? I've not used that loader. Why were you upgrading? Was your card working prior?

my card was working but it did freeze up sometimes. i just thought if i uploaded the loader version it would make it work better .But it just stopped working after upgrade i was trying to get back to my original loader 2.52 but they didn't have it so they told me to try this one
so i waiting to see if they can suggest what firmware and mcas to use with it
so i can get my ultraplus player working again
The latest MCAS is version octaCAM__MCAS_EMU_MCLIENT__28092012
At which version did things fail?
On the freeview site grab the 1.09.61 ver and use Nov22 MCAS.

so leroy are you suggesting i try Nov 22 mcas with the new loader version 2.23 ?

i got a surprise when i got home to day i turned on my ulraplus box and it worked strange it didn't work before. i used the same firmware and mcas i was using before i did the loader upgrade firmware 1.08.94 MCAS plugin from October 2010
so there all work with a blue sponge pants blue austar card and loader vision 2.23
so hope this helps other people out there with similar problems
