Hi all just plug the atlas in down loaded firmware update all i get is error33
does any one know what that code means

yer ive done that already,they tried that,seems that they reckon my boxes,3 in total are stuffed,,when i asked ,,how can they all suddenly stop at the same time?they replyed,,not sure seems theyve F&^ked up big time.

yep your not alone - many others in same situation

installers are gonna be busy replacing all these so called faulty boxes

kinda reminds me of the old USA VCII VideoCipher days where the providers would secretly kill boxes based on the serial number to force you to upgrade the decoder hardware to a more secure revision - clone the faulty box to another serial number and it mysteriously started working perfectly...
