ADB 8776 force OTA update?

Hey every one,

Anyone remember the key sequence for forcing an OTA update on the 8776?

Running early firmware on this one mate, it's not in there.

It was something like hold right arrow on boot, press up, press down, press left.

Yeah, I got old forum posts, but I tried that rubbish, I don't think it ever worked did it? Timing it perfectly.... too bloody hard.

thats how i did my software update...it was loader 11...now is 59.....but still no picture....will leave it all night ...maybe it will update

I worked it out.

Plug in the decoder.
When the green DIGITAL SATELLITE RECEIVER LOADER v3 message pops on the screen.
Press Down, Up, OK, Down

It's saying the OTA update is not available. But i'll keep trying.

Is the Brand "OMEGA" or not please

How fast do you have to push down,up,ok - is there a trick to it? Do you push them 1 after the other or at the same time. Just need clarification - thanks. Has anyone worked out how to get different default coco to load on 8776 - other then analogue.
