    Default PSP 1002 help needed

    G'day guys,

    I've got my son a psp 1002 and it has ver 6.31 firmware on it.

    Question is : Am i able to downgrade the firmware to ver 5.03 ? as a friend has kindly donated Chickhen software to me.

    Ive downloaded the OFW 5.03

    Ive also got an 8gb stick in it

    I'm also not clued on how to trigger the software once loaded etc

    Any advise would be greatly appreciated

    can't downgrade but i think a new hack came out for all current FW

    ok, thanks heaps for the reply. I heard about this also, any ideas what i'm looking for as far as the new hack is concerned ?
