Default Welcome to the Collectables forum

I started a collectables forum a while ago, lost interest, found interest, lost interest... so in the end I have closed down what I had and have secured myself a semi hosted section here on Austech.

Its much easier for me because I am generally lazy and could not be bothered going through the hard work of starting my own forum, having a little section hosted here gives me instant traffic, no stress and comes with trusted moderators Too easy

I collect mainly military stuff and mainly medals.... I have a bit of Russian WW2 orders and medals which are very interesting......you can have the serial numbered ones researched and find out exactly what they were awarded for.

I also collect Australian WW1 and WW2 medals, though WW1 are my favourite. I only collect WW1 Aus medals to soldiers KIA.

Anything silver or gold ( real silver and gold ) interests me as well, Silver is now worth around $30 an ounce so its worth keeping an eye out for a bargain.

So what does anyone else collect ? ( Also feel free to make any of your own threads, I am going to post up a bit of stuff I had on the other forum )

Not quite sure, but AUT PACE AUT BELLO VICTORIA means " either in peace or in war, Victoria ".
