oscam and globecast channels

has anyone managed to get oscam working with globecast channels????

Hi Cro,

I gather you are looking at D2 - main bulk for globecast appears as FTA, with a much less amount being encrypted I2, they have been there for some time (about 6-7 years from memory), so i cant see why oscam wont work with globecast cards for thier encrypted stuff

I suppose, you can treat the globecast card like the aurora 4.1 card in regards to oscam

By that i mean the following;

port-address@caid;ident - to be added in the oscam conf file

ie = 13000@0626;24E1A2 (not valid details, only an example)

vic & i got a dm600pvr with an aurora 4.1 to work that way

Cant see why it wouldnt work as long as the card doesnt have Anti CS technologies.
Might be an epsilon card though.

You might get away with CSP and those two channels via one N connector to Oscam and CSP user doing the update via Oscam.
