Just to let people know. I can confirm that the TL-WN321G works flawlessly using both Open PLI 2.0 and VTI 2.3 images.

I could not get it to work using DHCP, only static and I could only get it to work using WPA/WPA2 (not WEP).

You can pick these dongles up for about $15 now.
