Xbox Backup Creator, can be used to backup games that you own.
what DVD drive are you using to read?

You need an SH-D162 (or certain other types) of DVD drive, *WITH* modified firmware to extract a '360 image.

you can do it with most drives by using wsRipper
have done a few this way just remove the top of your drive boot with a movie with a larger toc (i used lord of the rings) and extract
what gear have you got and how are you trying to do them

Thanks, well I don't really want to dump the actual dvd,I have this iso image on my desktop and I just want to extract it to see whats inside, watch any videos thats inside etc.
Can it be done, extracting an xbox iso didn't used to be a problem but these 360 images don't want to be read for some reason.

XBox Backup Creator can do that.

On the 'Image Tools' tab, click the 'Image Browser' button.

Then in the Image Browser window, open your image from the file menu.

Then have a look! If you want to extract anything just right-click and extract.

All in all it's a pretty simple process...........tez
