Can't remove item from print queue

Hi
I have encountered a problem on a friends computer where there is a flash object in the print queue that can't be removed.
I have tried stopping and restarting the print spooler to no effect.
I have also tried going into windows/system32/spool/printers and manually deleting it but it just wont go away.
rebooting also did not work.
Help, please.

Ran a complete virus scan and found the problem.
All is good now.
