Foxtel in media portal

Hi

I am thinking of setting up foxtel in media portal.

I am looking at the tevii card as below. would this card with foxtel channels i have a subscription to if i use a media portal compatabal cam plugin like AcamD and point it to my DM500C that is sharing the card using CCCam?



Would that card be sutable or could you use a standard capture card?

you would need a plugin to talk to the card server?

I know that acamd will worth with DVB Viewer, but I haven't really played with Media Portal, so am not sure.

I will have to have a play with it and then report my findings so others can do so.

Yes, u can use Media Portal with Acamd plugin to watch Foxtel.

You can also use WMC+dvblogic TVSource as well.
