    Question Need help-Multiswitch setup

    Can somebody help me with multiswitch configuration? I'm going to use for my setup multiswitch model: MS812(8x12 Satellite Multiswitch with power supply)It has 8 inputs;
    LNC A-13 V/0 Khz
    LNC B-18 V/0 Khz
    LNC C-13 V/22 Khz
    LNC D-18 V/22 Khz-Sat.system 1
    &
    LNC E-13 V/0 Khz
    LNC F-18 V/0 Khz
    LNC G-13 V/22 Khz
    LNC H-18 V/22 Khz- Sat.system 2.
    I would like to connect 6 Satellites;C1/D/3-Twin Ku-band Lnb.-10700-(all of them)
    D1-Twin Ku-band Lnb
    D2-Twin Ku-band Lnb
    Intelsat-8-Twin Ku-band Lnb
    Asiasat-4-Twin Ku-band Lnb
    Asiasat-5-Zinwell C-band Lnb.
My question is: what is the best solutions to hook up all of them?(May be I can use of some Lnb's just single output) and another one: witch settings I must provide for that setup in my STB?

    G'Day Cobber,
If you want H & V on all Satellites, you can only accommodate 4 Satellites.
In your Installation Menu, you need to allocate LNB Frequency for each Sat; as well as 22KHz on or off. H/V inputs are selected as you change channels.
The whole point is that the STBs cannot switch the inputs between H/V, but only select which input to use.

Kindest Regards, " The Druid ".

    Default

I am not familiar with that multiswitch, however I do use some spaun multiswitches in my setup...

    I have 4 output (only 2 used) 10700 LNB's on C1/D3, D1, D2, PAS8

the 2 outputs on each feed into the multiswitches H and V inputs, then the outputs get fed into a diseqc switch for each receiver...

It is easy to setup... I had probs once when I added another dish with a twin output lnb (1xC& 1xKU) but that I think is when I used a 8 position diseqc switch and had something to do with the 22khz switching for the lnb...
