Admin needs a kick up the arse!
Hi, all. I have been a premium member for quite a long time and a member for a few years, but have had to pay again as after many requests over a period of weeks to admin I have not even recieved a single reply. Now I'm getting the brush off by members because they see me as a noob. makes me mad as hell!! not happy about the slack admin

You should try giving one of the Mods a PM I am sure they would have given you a hand or explained whats the delay is

I dont think admin receives PM's...I tried to PM him a few weeks ago but couldn't receive?

But ags_, everyone's post count is pretty low at the moment, and even noobs can donate and receive 'site supporter' status. So your past reputation is much more relevant than your displayed one. Most older members here remember your nick and caliber of posts, so surely, if you're getting the brush-off, it must be from real noobs.
Personally, I think the last thing Paul needs, is 'a kick up the arse'.

I think Onefella is right in what he says.
Unfortunately, recent events have thrown up a storm of meaningless replies in some threads, and some people are a little testy, to say the least.
Perhaps there was a mix up with your membership details etc, and that is unfortunate.
Hang in there mate...things are not that bad, and besides satellite tv ( really a small part of life ), there is lots of other information in here that makes this joint a pretty good hangout.
I also was a member here before the crash under a different user name with probably around 100 posts, but as the others are saying i really dont care how many posts i have, i have even donated this time round to help out and im happy just getting usefull information on things im interested on. so for me the donation was worth it.
I doubt admin has deliberately ignored you, were you sending your emails to support at austech.info ?

How does one get upgraded to a "stick puller"?
I answer emails daily, previously every 2 days when I had to deal with about 3000 emails in a short period of time after the data loss.
I have no idea who you are emailing, but I would say it isnt me. Try emailing admin @ austech . info or maybe even try posting in the support forum instead of in introduce yourself which is most definately the last place I would be looking for anyone with a support problem. If this thread hadnt been pointed out to me I wouldnt have seen it.
Unfortunately I dont have the foresight of ESP and am not psychic and therefore can only deal with what appears in my inbox. As I receive emails from other members 7 days a week I have no reason to believe that there is anything wrong with my email account.
