makes no difference now it is all dead
Hi I was just wondering if it was at all possible to change the coco on a whitey with an elvis and mutilprog.
I have heard that the cards are copy protected. But what if your not copying them but changing a few values.
Thanks!

IF IT DONT WORK USE A BIGGER HAMMER

When you do things right, people won't be sure that you have done anything at all

Have a look in CA status and see if card is still in there.
We best PM the rest
Oscar just got a flashback
Pretty sure E17 was the old marriage thing
card details are still shown
IF IT DONT WORK USE A BIGGER HAMMER
maybe we need to go back in time??
Its now ..How do I change the details on my gamma, and we cant
just doing some thinking can any loggers check what coco is present they havent nocked out the xau coco have they that would give the e17 error
IF IT DONT WORK USE A BIGGER HAMMER
i was thinking that this arvo, didn't have a way to check tho.
XAU is still there, along with all other X cocos used for aus.
M8 if it only E17 it simple to remove just replace the details(hs&conf) in the atmel eeprom in your decoder to the one of your gamma card and off you go

Its now encrypted, no longer in the open.

Anyone know how the 4 config bytes are calculated . Can someone pm me with any details on how to overcome this E17 error apparently some members have worked it out but a new gamma with different serial and coco is required.
Dont think they are calculated .
They are enbedded in the sub card.
Didnt think there were that many bytes but too many to fudge .
Im gonna rain on your parade because the whole hsn reply has to be right.
In other words if you do get it to work its for that specific card and you will have what is called a half clone
Card marriage is a pretty good security measure
