360 - audio but no video

hi all
well just had to do the x-clamp replacement (again)...now normally after i go thru the motions, everythings ok...but not this time. now i can hear the console booting up and go into the dashboard (btw, no red rings) but dont have any video. ive used different cables and different tvs so i know its got something to do with the console...anyone have any ideas? ive heard that i might need to heat the ana chip but i really aint got any ideas...HELP!

which method ya using mate? in any case, have you tried making a shim? in my [limited] experience this has gotten me out of the woods...

also you could...

- try putting some pressure on the ana chip when she starts this might let you know if it is the problem
