Ebay DVR's - best of a bad bunch
Can someone recommend a DVR that will give me the following.
- 8 channels
- H.264
- 100fps+ total recording rate.
- Client that works with W7
- Web access with iphone/android app.
- Suitable for hobbyist use not for CIA operations.
Most of the suppliers Ive questioned on ebay have no idea how to answer basic questions - there is a language barrier. Im just looking for assistance to find the better units out there that are budget priced. Happy to import from US also.
any suggestions....

China rewards those that are prepared to wade through piles of crap to find the gold. And there is gold to be found if you know what you're looking for. Unfortunately, the average punter doesn't stand half a chance and typically finds out the hard way.
