Open up all Select TV boquets, Can I do this ?

OK. I am hoping this will save me hours looking through threads - henci i am in newbies - and no, i don't wanna gimmee - just want to know if it can be done.

So, can I, using softcams etc on the DB open up all the Select TV channels ?

I have a Triple Dragon and a dreambox 7000-s both can share paid selecttv card using cccam, evocam or mgcam with newcs hope this helps

Why do you wanna do this when the package is cheap. If you wanna start with mosc best you leave Select TV and try mosc with Poxtel/Asstar.

Just go to the Frankston pub, look around for the bald guy and get a selectv gamma card.

It's not the $. It's the "thrill of the chase".

You have to start somewhere to build on knowledge and that seemed like a reasonable point to do it from. I have no interest in watching Greek TV shows but i figure that getting to the stage that I can - I'll have learnt quite a bit about what my stuff can do.

Simple as that.

The difference in my mind is that if i do work it out, I aint down the pub flogging it to all and sundry and dragging it down for all.

And while i respect your point of view. Select TV aint exactly a Mum and Dad operation, running from a spare bedroom at the back of their home in "Battlerville".

Its owned by WIN corporation which is a private company and therefore, balance sheets aren't available - but given they own Ch 9 Adelaide & Perth and deliver to 5.2 Million viewers around Australia I wouldn't be at all surprised to find that the market capitalisation of WIN is greater than Austar - which everyone seems to be quite happy to pull apart. But I guess we won't know that until one day, they decide to float the company.

OK then, yes you can do mosc to Select. You can also do it to foxtel,austar and any other provider. But you gotta be a genious and also a good friend of the famous bold guy at the frankston pub.
