    Default Official Aurora Card No Channels

    I have an offical Aurora Card That was activated for all ABC's all SBS as Usual but also Imparja and 7 Back?

    if I ring Aurora and tell them all channels are gone will they re-activate them for me and will they ask questions as to who I am and address?

    any help will be appreciated thank you.

    Firstly they will ask for the number from the back of the card this will help them identify what the card is entitled to, and yes they will ask who you are, If its not showing pics then the card has simply missed a PMK update

    @OP I thought there was a number you call to get an automated activation? Maybe someone else may enlighten you?

    it tells you how to reactivate the card by phone

    Dont worry I insserted it 1hour later and it all come back

    yes it is an automated service and dont ask any info you just type in the card number I hate people that make up crap

    about how you ring the aurora 1300 number they ask all your details including Address name ect Snookums you know they dont you just wanted to make me think they did :-) LOL

    for your information I dont make crap up!!!, and hate is a pretty strong word pal!!!, It has been many years since I activated an original Aurora smart card,and back then you spoke to a real person!!! I wasnt aware that it had changed to an automated system!!!
