Strange DM7000 HDD File problem?

I have just been playing with my old DM7000, which has Gemini running via Flashwizard off USB.

Everything was fine, then i downloaded the DVD/CD Rom plug-in and was using it to try and play a stored VTS file i had on HDD. It wouldn't even see the file, as that plug-in looks for either a folder or an ISO.
So then i backed out of the plug-in and just tried to play a recorded file from HDD the normal way.... nothing happening?
Now i notice that all my 135 recorded files say "file size 0" ????

It's like i corupted the HDD file structure or loader or something?
Funny, because the DM7000 can find everything, all file names etc, it's just that it shows a zero file size?

Tried rebooting, no good.

Swapped to Pli Iolite (which is on internal flash) and everything is good again.

Swapped back to Gemini and the same problem occurs, "zero file size on all recorded stuff"??

TV viewing is fine on both images, it's just the Gemini image has the HDD problem with recorded stuff. Interestingly all my MP3's and Pictures can be found and played, and they do show the correct file size too.

Any ideas?
