You need a diseqc switch for each receiver, if both the sats only use a single polarity, you can just run a splitter from each LNB to both your diseqcs as I've described in the picture below.

Hey guys
ive got a diseqc switch (for 4 satellite switch, 1 input)... i have 2 satellite dishes..
and i have 2 receivers.
I need to know whats the best solution to access both satellites, via both receivers....polarity is not an issue for me...
i was wondering can the disecq switch handle 2 inputs if i put a simple 22 khz switch before its input ??
or do i need a dual input diseqc switch ??
or any other solution ?

how about this multiswitch ( i know have 3 dishes , 2 receivers, polarity doesnt matter, both receivers can work via 22khz switching to the lnb , 14v and 18v options)

NEGATIVE, You cannot switch between 3 dishes with 22Kz alone.

You will need to give this a lot more thought.
You cannot have both STB controlling the 22Kz.
Or for that matter have both STBs switching any of the same DiSEqC functions.
There are various switches utilising (1) 22Kz. (2) 4 x Tone Burst.
Utilising either of these leaves the Polarity switching and Motor control Free to be used.
In brief, you will need to plan your setup as some of the control signals are not compatible with others, and you cannot have two STBs trying to work the same function.

I am not too sure what that means here.Routes any LNB input to any output using 13-14V vertical or 17-18V horizontal polarities and 0-22kHz set at the receiver –
If he had a 12v/22khz switch... could he possibly do this?
Sat 1: 22khz 0V
Sat 2: 22khz 12V
Sat 3: 0khz 12V
Sat 4: 0khz 0V

You cannot switch 0/12V and at the same time supply the 13/14V and 16/17V for the Local Oscillators on the LNBs.
Back to square one, Plan what you are trying to do, see if the appropriate switches are readily available.
A 4 x Tone Burst Switch would be a good starting point. The tones do not affect any of the other control functions in DiSEqC, and then other function switches can be used.

Ok , so whats the best solution for me...
3 dishes , 2 receivers.... (1 cban, 2 ku band - all single output lnbs) ... surely i dont need 3 diseqcs along with splitters ... sorry for the dumbness ...polarity wont be an issue...

Again, if polarity is not a problem, this will work, two 4 way diseqcs, 3 splitters.
Yes, that's right about the 12V, but methinks that it would be a lot simpler to put the C band on one STB and the two Kus on the other. KISS solution.
That's only one DiSEqC and you can still switch polarity as well as H-H motor control..

Plenty of Sat shops stock them.
