Default VoIP Setup on Wireless Pre-Paid

is there a way I can use VoIP on pre-paid Wirless Internet? is there a provider I can use other than my ISP? I have never used VoIP Before but have got a VoIP Box With LAN and ofcourse Phone Output. is there a website or something that I can read upon this? only want it to make land line phone calls to my family.
