Error 33 ADB

Gday Chaps.

I have two Austar ADB's along with their married sub cards, both are getting error 33.

I have done the OTA upgrade but still no go.

Anyway to get these two working?

ring austar they should be able to fix what they flucked there cards there box there problem

Yep seen that and the fix was replacement box and card no explanation
