DDR 667 ram.. matching a extra stick

i want to add an extra stick of ram to my AMD duel core computer it only has one GIG stick of V DATA DDR 667 can i put a extra stick of any brand in with the V DATA.. IE Samsung, Kingston, etc thanks

ive had some different brands run dual channel, ill have some different brands that wont run dual channel.
