    Default Bricked Hitachi 47

    Hi I Bricked my Hitachi 47 during the flash progress (power failure)Is there any way of getting it back to stock so I can reflash?Tried going through the junglflasher / lizard proceedure with no sucess or do I need to go the Chillifix of which I cant find much about anyway.It a spare drive but the only spare I have.Any tips would be appreciated.

    hey tony,

    most hitachi bricks need to be recovered via a external programmer.
    so you need to desolder tsop and program and then resolder

    too much work.

    might have a spare driveboard kicking around if you are that keen to have a working drive.

    Thanks urban see what you have lying around and pm me may be better to by a whole drive if the 47s are that fragile, the only reason I bought it was it was the only new drive I could find at the time..My 2 other xboxes have BenQ drives they look the most reliable. Off topic any news on the X360Key are they still available for pre order?And any Idea on the eta?
