When you do things right, people won't be sure that you have done anything at all
yep, keep posting publicly that they are working again and austar will change it again
you think they dont know fark there are some di@kheads around
All you people having a cry about information being posted on these forums seriously need to wake up. That's what these forums are all about.
I'd say the real guru's are the ones keeping quiete about any information worth a pinch of salt. So that leaves the novices that are exposing it. If the novices have worked it out or have a seller that has, then don't you also think that the providers do too?
Do you seriously think the providers don't have atleast one employee who knows half what he's talking about trolling these forums. Hell, half of the usernames here could be provider employees.
Who cares if it all falls over because of some leaked info. Supposedly we're all here to have fun keeping one step ahead.
Thread Closed!
There is more than just this forum on the web
So what do you want to do, not post here ?, then have everyone go to a forum that does, that sure is great for Austech, a forum with no posts or posts/threads with no info
Anyway
Gammacard does the G2's have the same hex & prov that the G1's had ?
Agreed warbo, this is a community forum not a forum that needs to be censored.
If your free tv falls over again and you have to pay a seller for yet another update, maybe it's time to look at other options, than to blame other members here for the card stopping.
Warbo,
I`m all for people having fun ,experimenting and playing with bits and pieces. Although i think the idea of the gimme`s out there with there i paid $$$ to get it fixed doesnt really fit with the austech way.( What about having a go ,getting it going ourself collectively)
Freetv......Well theres the problem ,
i`d say that the providers where happy to stay silent while they received there money for full subscriptions that where being c/s`d. Until a bald frankston guy got involved.

In regards to the providers knowing, I used to work for a company under the newscorp banner, nothing at all would suprise me at all....
Who really cares if they read it here on a Saturday afternoon or if they find out on Monday when sellers start running around selling and fixing cards ? They have plenty of dib dobs in the field that will phone it in to them.
Warbo summed it up. Who cares if it falls over ? They are quite within their rights to introduce any countermeasures to try and stop it. And there will always be people trying to counteract those countermeasures.
And now the cat is out of the bag , the only permanent countermeasure is card or encryption replacement.
Collectively is exactly right. How else do you do that apart from a forum like austech? Sure, there are other forums around but if people think they are being discrete by posting there and not here then they are wrong.
I honestly couldn't care if the gamma doesn't revive. I know it's a cliche, but I have young kids and I don't get the time to watch the shit. However the amount of hours I put into researching and testing all this stuff always astounds me. Who wouldn't want to know if the gammas have been fixed or how it was fixed after putting in all the effort?
I wish you could differentiate the gimmies and the hobbiests but you can't.
Might be a good time for any one with a public gamma to off load it while the Greeks are still paying a good price.
Time for the next project aurora i2 on silver.
