Good Strenght and Quality yet no picture

I Live in a Apartment and there was a tarbs satellite installed which is pointing to Optus D2

Some one got me a humax set top box from dubai and I scanned a few frequencies using the figures from lygnsat keeping only the clear channels

all seem to have strength and quality between 80-90% which i thought would be enough.yet there is no picture

the Antenna settings are:
LNB Frequency 11300
LNB Power Standard
22khz Tone Enable

any help will be very much appreciated

Just a guess stok, but you may need a card or conditional access to view the sites. You might have the right settings but unless the channels you are trying to view are FTA then you won't be able to view them.

All the light colored ones on Lyngsat should be working without a card.

ie 12644V sr 22500 fec 3/4

i have only got the fta(clear) channels such as abu dhabi 3abn al forat press tv aghapy itn ert

they are on there showing 80-90% strength and quality but no picture or sound.I understand the difference between fta and encrypted channels, but no fta channels are working for me.

edit:restarted my box and its all working now

you can turn off 22khz tone as it's used for uni lnb's.
