NX ITI Window transmitter

I have install a ITI Window/Door Transmitter into an NX Panel, Location 32, i have wire two hardwire reed into the transmitter, i have programme zone 13 with option 4 and 5 enabled cover is closed. i cannot not get zone 13 to seal, check the battery perfect voltage. i have two 4.7k in parral to get it to seal. any ideas, just wondering if i have missed something

Does the device seal under any conditions? IE: Does it seal when the window is open etc?

Are there any other RF devices on the system?

Firstly, take the resistors out and try it again without them. Also try sealing the internal MRS with a magnet. If that doesn't work, delete the device from the receiver and relearn it using the tamper switch ensuring the external MRS devices sealed.
