I gave up lotto. Absolute waste of money. Now if I get the urge to gamble I buy Australian silver predecimal coins instead.
Stop being a tight arse mango.
You still have your 100 foot cruiser don't you? Why would you want a second?

I don't buy tickets purely because if I can't win using numbers 1,2,3,4,5 & 6 then I can't win using any other numbers. Those that can are either time travelers or politicians
Congratulations Mango....and Happy Birthday mate.
yay, happy birthday Mango.......
Lotto prices just jumped over 10%

Happy Birthday, Mango
6 pence.... as in a silver sixpence or 6 pennies? Knowing you there's probably six 1930 pennies in it.
Hey Mango, give us this Saturdays Lottery numbers mate.
Might try them, could get lucky.
Get it to a (media company?) to do a morning tv show.
Give the money to a fair dinkum cause

Okay. Unless you got some 46's they're probably prewar sterling silver. Some of those dates in higher grades are worth a few dollars but you won't retire on it. The magic year for Florins is 1932, for shillings 1933. All sixpences are fairly common except in high grade.
You probably won't want to open the packet to find out as the sentimental value is greater. But if you ever do, or whoever inherits them after you croak it does, leave instructions not to clean or wipe them. Cleaning devalues predecimal silver in the eyes of coin collectors. We like original dirt on them.
