That program should work fine. Make sure its a serial port programmer. A usb one wont do the job.
DM500s Black with rear on/off switch $99 inc post , DM800 sim 82 $250 inc post, DM800SE $310 inc
Every settings correct (COM PORT, Phoenix speed and Com Port Select). It's seem locked inside the card. I have no idea with that
Have you tried loading the 3 files after the fail ??
When you do things right, people won't be sure that you have done anything at all
are you sure you have the correct t3c files to reprogram it ?
t3a, or any other titanium files won't work.

I think Hoe hit the nail on the head, there has been a lot of activity recently with whats available off Pas8 as a 'somewhat' new file has surfaced but it must be remembered that it is T3a specific.
It would be helpfull if you could tell us what file you are attempting to write, if your feeling insecure with revealing that information just do it by PM.
Not sure what your setup is, buts its best to use a COM port at 3.57Mhz on a desktop machine, as a USB-Serial converter wont work for this. Sometimes you need to run it a few times before it takes.
The T3Loader program works well without having to load the 3 files separately. As the guys say, need to make sure you are loading the right file type for the right card.
the titaniums are notoriously sensitive to timing, use a hardware com port only.
usb-serial adaptors rarely work with any of these cards.
