IQ problem

I have an IQ but the audio cuts out for a second every now and then does anyone have any suggestions.

how often does it do it.

Is it every now and again and it does it every few seconds. If it is like this turn the box off and on again it will be right

get it swaped out

I reset the box that didn't work it does it maybe 4 to 5 times in 30 mins its very annoying.
