    i have one Smart card but don't know what 's IC or Chipset

    How we know Smart Card ic or Chipset inside ?

    i not sure it's infinion SLE 4428 or PIC16F84 + 24LC16B

    i have Phoenix Reader / Writer

    what's software i use to check what IC of smart card ?

    Cas Studio software, & a Cas 3 +plus programmer from Duolabs will tell you what card it is, & its details,

    not sure if this what you want or not, & not sure if it will work with your programmer
