portal2 update trouble.

Hi there just wondering if anyone is havin or had trouble playing portal 2
My lad bought the game yesterday from ebgames. When he starts it it ask for an update, he selects yes it gets to about 85% then says error disk is dirty and cant read.
The disk is brand new and is not dirty or scratched.
Anyone have any ideas.

Should mention the box has been jtagged and is running the kinext dashboard.

Install the latest dashlaunch and it should be ok, i was playing it last night on 12611 DL 2.11.

Yes, put the installer folder onto a usb drive and then using your xex loader run the installer and patch your nand, latest is V2.23 i think so use the latest you can find.
