    Am getting an error log in v 2.8 says
    Time login name not in user list user3 124.168.201.3
    could some one explain what is happening, no idea what the ip is

    sounds like someone is trying to login but is not in the user list. The IP would be from the person trying.

    There are many I'm sure log all the hsn's for all details they have. I'd be surprised if there are any working public details getting about.
