Anyone Anyone ?
Hi all. I bought some Matrix Revolutions UCAS 3.1 Cams. I was told they were IRDETO compatible. When I either insert a goldie or authentic Aurora card I get the message that "your card is not valid for this conditional access sytem".
Is there any upgade to fix this?
Thanks

I would guess it doesn't have the correct firmware. If you have a Duolabs programmer you can reprogram it. I would also be surprised if it supported Irdeto 1 for gold cards. I would suggest looking for an old blue and white or purple Irdeto cam.

Thanks Leroy. I purchased 30 of these CAMS recently thinking I could use them for my customers. The service is Aurora C1 Irdeto (old Version 4 cards). The cards are legitimate. When I put a card in the CAM it reports that the conditional access system is not supported. So I looked for newer firmware (It has UCAS 3.1). I tried MRV225 but after loading that the CAM is not recognised in any receiver. So I tried MR1180. The CAM is now recognised but the cards are still not.
Has anyone actually got one of these CAMs to open Irdeto succesfully? I wondering if they are really no good for legitimate cards. Can anyone help or does anyone have another file I can try?
I have a CAS3+ programmer.
Thanks

I would be looking at the overseas forums where these cams are more widely used. You could start at satpimps and sataid for a start.

Unfortunately you damaged the Xilink,so now the reader function is not working.
Only use MR software to load on those cams,MRV is for the Revolution and you already know what happens when you load it.
