Fox F100 error

hi guys,
im having trouble installing a new lnb for a Fox reciever.
The sub is active and tested working at my neighbours house.
My dish is aligned on Optus C1. Signal works on a Strong reciever but not on the Fox.
Im using a new Universal lnb and it always says Error F100 (no signal)
Does anyone know how to change the lnb settings on these fox recievers? (pic below)

If i cant change the settings on the reciever, which lnb would be the go in buying?

i tried this to get into the settings but it didnt work...

Press Setup on the remote
Go to System Setup -Press Select
Go to System Settings - Press Select
Go to Picture Settings - Press 0611 - then Press Select
Go to LNB Setup - Press Select
(Change LNB settings) - Go to save New Settings - Press Select

I did some googling and there seems to be two different types for this Fox reciever.
Anyone know another way to change the lnb settings to work with my current lnb?
