    Default Xbox Live Problem - Hide IP?

    Here is there scenario I shall do my best to explain! My lad has an Xbox 360 bought here in Australia! His gamer tag was set up in the UK whilst we lived there on his old Xbox. Now we are in Oz he has bought, yet cannot download Black Ops Rezurrection. He desperately wants to keep his gamer tag but because Xbox Live recognises his IP as being Australian, it will not allow him to download it! I have tried hiding his IP by going through a laptop but this has failed! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
