    I tryed TDK DVD+R DL's 2.4x ... outta 5 I burnt 1 game worked ..

1st I burnt using img burn in Vista (laptop) - no settings adjusted part from speed to 2 x ... but it still burnt at 2.4x

2nd I adjust the DL layer split thingo to right numbers as suggested on tut in vista using img burn 2 x ... but it still burnt at 2.4x

3rd 4th 5th Burnt in XP (sons) with img burn right setting for daul layer .. 1x ... but it still burnt at 2.4x

4th one worked rest didn't ... all PAL - or free region games

    Could be other things:
    1) Burner
    2)360 drive....I find HLG 0047 very picky
    3) Settings on burner....ensure book-type is correct(not required on Pioneer)

0047 were the early Hitachi drives....mine is the same & some games are burnt perfect & work in BenQ/ Samsung, but the 0047 will not have a bar of it......so ye having Verb's is important if u have this drive.

Yup my hitachi is also really fussy, but TDKs actually work fine with it, as do Verbatims. mixed result with Ritek.

I have tried TDK in all drives, BENQ, sammy, and it seems to work OK, that said I would still go Verbatim.

Like most Laser products they might burn ok but they wont last long. Wait 6months and see if you can read them then.

Verbatim is the most reliable for me, Ritek does work but one of my 360's dosnt run with Ritek.

No one can sell them flashed and ready to go as each drive needs to be flashed with your specific key.
I havnt seen any BenQ for sale but the Samsung were around a while ago. You can get one and extract the key from your Hitachi and spoof it onto the Samsung.
