Hi,guys I have an Azbox premium+ hd receiver and I have been trying to lock on the HD channels on Measat 3.
I live in Melbourne and have a 2.3m dish.
I can lock onto some of the the dvb-s transponders say:3705H 4288 3/4
but cannot lock onto the HD dvb-s2 services even though I have a 50% quality level.
I cannot test this with another HD receiver.
Can anyone confirm that its possible to receive these transponders in Melbourne?

Are you running factory firmware?
If you get a chance lock on one transponder and can you note the quality level.
I had read somewhere that you need a much greater signal level to lock on a dvb-s2/8psk transponder than a dvb-s.
I'm running factory firmware. I just picked a random TP and 3813V 6659 DVB-S2/8PSK Fec 2/3 Pilot-1. Signal strength is 74% and Quality is 45%

Thanks Leroy.I have enigma2 firmware and maybe there is a bug.
I have a usb with factory firmware but when I load it it wont lock onto the transponders.
What firmware version do you have?

Can you view UNTV channel clearly using those parameters 3705H 4288? What can you say about its video quality?
