Default Home/Office and Roaming Laptop network ideas pls

    Bringing office to home…

Office has ADSL and Phone / Fax numbers. Home has ADSL and Phone number
Office has 2 PC’s networked with a network printer
Home has PC and 1 laptop and printer

Home office will now have all machines……

So I can just get one ADSL connection for home and maybe bundle the home and business phone numbers with that one provider.

Would like laptop to be have internet access when out and about, I am guess something like a Vodafone 3G card will be the go for that (most metro areas around Oz). Although usage will be very small as will be within local WIFI spots most of the time, just for emails when at hotels etc

Also need to buy a new mobile phone…… Question is, can I buy a 3G handset and connect it to my laptop via USB lead for those times I need internet when out?
Or is it expensive to do so that way? As the Vodafone 3G card deals seem quite good.

Does anyone have any suggestions about this, good, bad, a better way perhaps?
I can only see a problem with emails re: differenrt providers. ie: iinet at home / Vodafone on the lappy on occasions

    Thanks

From what i hear it is more expencive to plug in your phone and use 3G then it is to get the other deal.
You might want to look in to plans and pricing for this.

There shouldn't be a problem with using different email providers on other isps.
