check out jaycar or other electronics stores and look for a magnifier on a stand preferably with a light in it and one that swivels around, the more magnification the better.

update i master this problem but it takes alot of time. my only problem is getting wires to stick to pins. i found that i need to add alot of solder to the wire and flux. nut its still a pain without making a mistake of messing up a part.
