Not sure and maybe depending on what model you have.
My guess is it depends on the receiver you've hooked it up to. If that can handle that format than the Vulkano should retransmit the pic.
If you don't get any replies here you might want to post the question here >

The only 'receivers' I know that can display 4:2:2 feeds are the Azbox. As mentioned above, wouldn't Vulkano just stream what's being received?

From your past posts Leroy looks like you can record via PVR, 4:2:2 streams and convert the format on PC after the fact. So logically the Vulkano box would be converting to a suitable format for streaming to client applications, so was wondering if it would automagically convert 4:2:2 to a viewable format.

I guess like to chase down every feed I can, the CNN Hong Kong 179 & 180 hav e my attention on Intelsat 8 atm.

Yeah I know once you stream it to PC you can use VLC Media Player etc to view the video.

Yes you can record and playback on PC. Did you find the thread I started on this topic?
I wouldn't think Vulkano would do any converting only streaming what it receives but I might be wrong.

    Response from Monsoon..

"AP doesn’ t matter what matters to Vulkano is the video resolution. Vulkano supports only upto 1080i resolution.

You can change the AP as per the client support."

Hmmm I guess I might take a sample and check what res its in.
