It said I need a 9.2 Kw and I dont have an Aircon
I dont have insulation but lots of cross ventilation
I would probably like one for about 2 to 4 weeks of the year when the northerlys blow and it gets a bit humid, but not enough to actually buy one.

Cant help with size, just a few pointers I have picked up along the way.

Make sure you look for these features.
    1) Inverter, more efficient.
    2) Neg-Ion generator, I use it all the time to remove cooking smells from the house.
    3) The bigger the better, a bigger system wont have to work as hard to heat/cool.
    4) "Powerful" mode to rapidly heat/cool (nice for when you get home on a cold night and the room is warm in 5min)

I have a large west window, fortunate enough to have a big tree to stop the afternoon sun, however a canvas roller shutter does a wonderful job of insulation.

I have had a fujuitsu and panasonic, very happy with both.

Got the Fujitsu 2.1Kw for the bedroom (7.5m2) and Panasonic 8kw for the lounge, dining and kitchen (40m2)
