When you do things right, people won't be sure that you have done anything at all
I tried to buy a stack of stuff from this guy a while back. I had trouble getting prices out of him, was slow to reply if at all to emails. In ths day and age, if you have a web presence then you should reply to enquiries etc. In the end I had to say to him thanks but no thanks and took my business elsewhere. It's a good price on the receivers but if you can get them for the same price somewhere else you may get better service. This is what steered me to Aussie Satellites. Just my experience.

as for getting these units at the same price elsewhere, i think it would be hard as he is the importer, some members on ebay claim to have 100 in stock @ over $135 each unit.

What's the point in having a web presence then? With our business we get an SMS everytime there are enquiries so we can reply asap. 9 times out of 10 it results in a sale. In this day and age I don't know how anyone can dispute the power of the internet.

hey guys another question...what abt that guy who sells these boxes on ebay? was on there for $100 with free delivery...is there any reason why one shouldnt buy from him? are they fake or is he just not trustworthy?
