I contacted Optus for a vast card hit they put me onto VAST I asked for a card to be hit to try and get it operational after a failure and they said they couldn't do it and they would get someone to ring me it's been a month now i had to exchanged the whole card cam unit ( commercial IRD ) looks like if there is a fault they cant even hit the card.
I might be rough but I'm slow and expensive.
