need to import into iTunes, if the file format is incorrect use Handbrake to convert them first

they won't go in if the format is incorrect, just download Handbrake and convert to suit your phone, very straightforward

Get 'It's Playing' from the iTunes store, I think I only paid $2.99 for it?

It's like VLC for the iPhone\iPad, will attempt to play anything and will also play attachments via email and download!

    Very good, highly recommend it!
Never convert again! Still needs to be managed via iTunes tho, via the apps section once you plug in your device.

Dont bother converting, download "Flex player" from the app store and play them in their native format. Its like the VLC player.
