Nothing. The receiver won't have the firmware to decrypt using that card. You'll need a 3rd party receiver that supports your card, something like an UltraPlus, Mediastar, Strong or even a Dreambox (if you want a challenge) to use an Austar card but it can't be a card from a Mystar.

You are correct - they wont work an I2 card at all, if memory serves me correctly, the last firmware they were using was 1.62 with a 1.13 cam in the rear - i did try with an I2 aurora but no go.
I think these were last used by galaxy around mid to late 90's before poxtel came online.

s there any way to recieve anything at all with this (any channel)?
Sorry - but no, certaintly not on the optus birds (C1,D2 & D3), they may still work on other birds as pure FTA only (cardless/unencrypted), though i have not tested that theory on other birds.
About the only thing they do well is to act as pie warmers and home brew heaters.
I had 3 of them about 6 or so years ago, chucked them to the local tip when they became useless as there was no futher firmware updates for them.
