Help With A MDF File
MS SQL Server database MDF file is corrupted its
almost 1 gig in size can anyone suggest a way of repairing this

i always thaught .mdf extension was alcohol 120% image format.....
LOL So did i till today, man I think it easier finding files for sellers cards
than finding a link for a SQL repair software

Life is not ment to be easy I recovered the database
But it saved it as 7919 files LOL
So to make all them files back into one database file is my next quest
They say I can use query analyzer whatever that is
I'll let you know how I get on or if there are any SQL experts that have any ideas I'll be here all night LOL

working again

And it still scares me to think it could happen all again if they don't do good back ups LOL

Why not schedule an SQLCMD file to execute at 2:00am automatically saving the file into a directory.
Let the script create 5 or 10 backups.
This way you look like a god when you fix it again but this time you can put your feet up.
