Idis 3016 issue "help please"

Can anyone tell me why i only get feed from camera 1, on all 16 channels.
I had it all working, but the hd crashed and i had to reinstall it on a new hd.
I think maybe i've got the wrong software version, but it was the best i could find online.
I've tried to contact both Idis and Hitron, but they won't answer me!
Does anyone know where i could get a copy of an 2000 Win98se software for version 1.8 of 3016

a) you only have one camera connected
b) you have multiple cameras connected but only camera 1 is functional
c) you have multiple cameras connected but have only camera 1 enabled in setup
d) you have multiple cameras connected but you're not logged in or your loggin allows viewing of camera 1 only
e) you have multiple cameras connected but only input 1 functions thus requiring replacement of the antiquated capture card (good luck)

Perhaps a little more detail in your post would have assisted. The information you've now put up in your edit is the reason. Software is the wrong version for the capture card and the system is no longer supported by the manufacturers or local distributors. If you did manage to get hold of the manufacturers theyd direct you back to the local boys in any case.

Time for a new one champ.
